Berlin witnessed last week a talent revolution at ProcureCon Total Talent 2025! After many years in the staffing industry, I can confidently say: the winds of change are HERE 🚀 From bridging the HR-Procurement gap, to a "Talent Platform Revolution", or the urgent need of of systems that guide hiring managers to the right talent and sourcing channel every time, we dove deep into the future of contingent workforce management.
