Fresh air, new experiences, and stronger connections defined April for our colleagues: • New York colleagues gathered for Blossoms & Bids: Spring Tea Benefit, a charity auction supporting Futures & Options and Rescuing Leftover Cuisine, filled with bidding fun and community spirit. • Our Paris office organized a ski weekend, and a separate trip where Copenhagen and Stockholm colleagues headed to Trysil, Norway, to put team spirit to the test on the slopes. • The Global Asian Network and Foodies at Oliver Wyman teamed up in Chicago for a Matcha Tasting and Latte-Making breakfast, where participants learned to prepare matcha and explored its cultural history. • Sport gave a renewed sense of purpose as teams in Paris, Munich, and Hamburg laced up for charity runs, raising funds and team spirit. • In Zurich, colleagues unwound with an Abstract Painting workshop on a Friday night, putting creativity at the heart of fun. • Madrid hosted an inclusion-focused awareness workshop with Asociación Achalay España, where colleagues joined interactive exercises alongside neurodiverse youth to learn how to build more inclusive environments. • An office truly feels friendlier with a buddy program: in Mexico City, buddies met up to welcome and support new joiners. • The Women of Oliver Wyman colleague resource group in Newcastle hosted a Lunch & Learn on allyship and later a Music Bingo happy hour celebrating female musicians. • Women in the Transportation and Advanced Industries practice also gathered in Berlin for a breakfast to connect personally and across projects. • The Boston office served up good food and lively conversation at a Carnivores of Oliver Wyman dinner. • Teams in Milan and Chicago organized child-focused events that brought playful, creative energy back into the workspace. • During a firm day in Warsaw, colleagues participated in a “Own Your Inner Game” workshop, where they spent time exploring the powerful concept of Ikigai and finding their purpose.
