Growth happens when trust meets opportunity. - I’m proud and grateful to share that I’ve been promoted to Director at Deloitte. Over the past year, I found myself pausing more than once to reflect on the journey that led to this moment and, above all, on the people who made it possible. The last 10+ years at Deloitte have truly been a rollercoaster 🎢. I joined as one of the first Master Data Governance consultants, and together with Marko Schmidt, Bernd Gerhard, Maximilian Gerhardt, we built a highly impactful Center of Excellence for Master Data Management in Europe, growing it into a team of 60+ skilled professionals delivering real value for our clients. Very early in my career, Dennis Narrog and Thorsten Drechsler gave me opportunities that went beyond my role at the time. Even more importantly, you sparked an idea 💡 of what kind of leader I could become, through the leadership you demonstrated. Your trust allowed me to grow from Senior Consultant to Senior Manager. My biggest thank you goes to Bernd Kresser and Axel Ackermann. Your mentorship over the past years had a profound impact on me, professionally and personally. You truly lived our Deloitte purpose of “making an impact that matters”, and that made all the difference for me. 🙏 This promotion is not an individual achievement. It reflects the strength of the teams I’ve had the privilege to work with, learn from, and grow alongside. I’m excited to continue this journey as part of Deloitte’s Senior Leadership, working together with my teams to guide our automotive 🚗 clients through complex SAP transformations. Challenging times call for clarity, creativity 💡, and leadership 🧭 and I’m looking forward to shaping what’s next, together.
