𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐚 𝐖𝐫𝐚𝐩: 𝐎𝐧𝐞𝐀𝐈𝐌 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲& – 𝐕𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐞 𝐈𝐈 Last Friday, we had the great pleasure of welcoming 40 students from the OneAIM student organization to our office at Hackerbrücke. OneAIM is a unique initiative by Technische Universität München and Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich) that brings together top talents from medicine, engineering, law, and business to drive innovation in MedTech. It’s exactly at this intersection where meaningful breakthroughs happen – for patients, consumers, healthcare providers, and society at large. As part of our joint event, we discussed major trends shaping the MedTech sector and took a deep dive into our latest study: “𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐭𝐨 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡: 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐄𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐄𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦.” The students then worked on innovative WellTech solutions in a Makethon and presented their concepts yesterday at the OneAIM Summit, which also featured inspiring talks from ☁️ Alex ☁️ Osterloh ☁️ (Google) and Klauschen Frederick (LMU). The solutions ranged from at-home fertility applications, to sensor-based tools against teeth grinding, to innovative support platforms for women experiencing post-partum depression. This group of motivated young talents inspires me every time — and gives me confidence in the future. 𝐎𝐧𝐞𝐀𝐈𝐌, 𝐈’𝐦 𝐚𝐥𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫!
