𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴. Mine started with a whiteboard, a persistent problem in the European automotive industry, and the conviction that there had to be a better way to connect the dots across a factory's entire lifecycle. More than a decade later, that idea has a name — 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 (#𝗜𝗙𝗠) — and a community of believers spanning 100+ enterprise manufacturers across automotive, semiconductor, food & beverage, industrial machinery and beyond, across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas. 🌍 My incredible journey with Autodesk has now officially come to an end. And I find myself overwhelmed with gratitude. Grateful for all 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 who took a chance on a new approach. For 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 who brought skills and commitment. For #𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗸 — for believing in the vision long before the results were visible. And for 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀 who walked this road with me: you became collaborators, and collaborators became friends. That means everything. Together, we built something that genuinely moves the needle for manufacturing — a vendor-neutral, cross-disciplinary framework for managing the complete factory lifecycle. Built by many. Owned by the industry. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 — 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁. 🙏 My message never changed across hundreds of conversations, keynotes, podcasts, and panel discussions — at Hannover Messe, BIMWorld, SEMICON, Autodesk University, in boardrooms and on factory floors around the globe: successful digitalization runs on three fundamentals — what I call my 𝟯 𝗖'𝘀: 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. The technology is ready and waiting. It's the people who make it happen. And I'm not slowing down. The IFM journey continues — and I have no doubt: 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱. 🚀 See you somewhere along the road. 🏭
