She works for the Netherlands’ national promotional institute, where she accelerates the transition toward a carbon-neutral economy through bio-based and circular solutions, deeptech innovation, agrifood advancements, and life sciences. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in the (bio)chemical and semiconductor industries, Xandra develops financial instruments, market strategies, and direct investment opportunities that enable pioneering companies to scale. At FoB:Invest, Xandra will join the jury responsible for selecting the finalists and winner of the FoB:Invest Innovation Award.
