🌟 We are pleased to welcome Katarzyna (Kasia) Gil as a Jury Member at FoB:Invest – Future of BioInvestments 🌱📈 Katarzyna Gil is Principal, Sustainable Food Systems at the collaborative venture capital firm Icos Capital. She brings more than 10 years of experience in foodtech innovation and over 5 years of investment experience in the FoodTech and AgriTech sectors. She holds a master’s degree in pharmacy and completed a Ph.D. in Food Chemistry. During her research career, she worked in green extraction techniques, food science, food waste valorization, and analytical chemistry. She also carried out international collaboration between Mediterranean countries through the BESTMEDGRAPE project, which focused on new business opportunities and environmental sustainability using Mediterranean grape nanotechnological products. At FoB:Invest, Katarzyna will join the jury responsible for selecting the finalists and winner of the FoB:Invest Innovation Award.
