22 months ago, I told Melissa she should join Cula Technologies. She looked at me, laughed, then said « Absolutely not, I have my own company. » Fair enough. Over countless phone calls, what started as a pitch slowly turned into a shared vision for what we could build together at Cula. Melissa is one of those rare people who combines deep technical knowledge in carbon markets with an ability to actually move things forward. Most of you already know this.
