Announcement to all the wonderful people that I have made friends with over the many years. I haven’t been around for a long time due to Chronic Fatigue syndrome following the double pneumonia I suffered 7 years ago. Later last year I started experiencing some new problems and following tests, scans many stays in hospital I have been diagnosed with cancer of the oesophagus, pancreas and lymph nodes, the latter meaning that no surgical solutions are viable. I have started palliative chemotherapy and hopefully will have a year to spend with my son, friends and family to make some lasting memories and help them come to terms with what is happening. It’s possible I may get a little longer or less time, the time is not so important than how it’s used, positive and enjoy it while I can.
