"A wheelchair, naturally." That was the first devastating thought that crossed Ž𝐢𝐠𝐚 𝐏𝐢𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭’𝐬 mind when he was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis on his 30th birthday. Today, he is the owner and director of his own construction company, a father of two, and a marathon runner. 🎗️💪 𝐖𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐌𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐬 (𝐌𝐒) 𝐃𝐚𝐲 tomorrow, Žiga's journey deeply moves me and perfectly highlights the true power of healthcare innovation. Instead of letting MS define him, Žiga chose the stairs over the elevator. Because he received the right treatment at the right time, his reality changed entirely. Today, he successfully leads his company and has conquered two full marathons and five half-marathons! 🏃‍♂️ 𝐌𝐒 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐬 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞. It is a highly unpredictable condition, and for many, high-intensity activity simply isn't possible. Every journey is valid, and victory looks different for everyone—whether it’s running a marathon or managing daily tasks. Žiga’s story celebrates what innovation can achieve, but our ultimate goal remains finding solutions that support every individual, no matter how their condition manifests.
