It's World Hunger Day 🍽️ And all of us can play a part in creating a world without hunger, for good 🫶 In the UK alone, Trussell estimates that 14.1 million people live in food insecure households - and that number includes: ❤️‍🩹 10.3 million adults 💔 3.8 million children That means that: 📈 16% of total UK households have experienced food insecurity 📈 7% of children are growing up in food insecure households But what if we could make sure that good, edible food ALWAYS gets eaten - rather than going to waste?
