JumpStart #12 – A Celebration of Teamwork, Passion, and Possibility As we wrap up another inspiring iteration of JumpStart, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to some truly exceptional people. 🙏 Fabian & Nistha – You are the heartbeat of our what-matters-most group. Nistha, your ability to get things done with speed and grace is simply unbelievable. I’ve never heard “I don’t have time” or “I can’t” from you – only action and results. You owned the new Poster Session block, and it was a resounding success. Fabian, your thoughtful integration of research and your way to keep the groups on track is also unbelievable – especially next to all the things you manage in your job. Many changes were made this time, and we now have new prototypes for JumpStart because you and Nistha made it happen. It’s an honor to work alongside both of you. 🌟 To the many contributors across our diverse groups – GAME, AI, Design Thinking, IBM Z – A Stack That Matters, Agile, Cloud, Espresso, Lightning Talks, external speakers, and more – thank you for your time, energy, and creativity. You’ve shown our new hires that they can do more than just contribute to a project – they can shape the future, if they choose to. 🤝 And to Sven & Merve – your constant support and collaborative spirit make decision-making a joy.
