DAY 12 LINKEDIN VISIBILITY I almost talked myself out of it. A month ago, I started posting on LinkedIn consistently. Not because I had everything figured out, but quite the opposite. I was still learning, still making mistakes, and still trying to understand what direction I wanted my career to take. Part of me thought I should wait until I was "more qualified," more experienced, or more accomplished. But something about that felt wrong. If I waited until I felt ready, I’d probably never start. So, I posted anyway. Some posts received little engagement, while others did surprisingly well. However, the biggest change wasn’t in the numbers; it was in the opportunities, conversations, connections, and the confidence that came from simply showing up. Looking back, the real risk wasn’t in posting; it would have been in staying invisible. The lesson? You don’t have to be an expert to start building a presence. Sometimes, growth begins the moment you stop waiting. What’s a professional risk you’re glad you took? Nneamaka Career Growth Community
