I’m pleased to announce that the Getir AI team secured 1st place at the “AWS Agentic AI in Retail” hackathon. Our solution focused on improving the returns experience by using a voice agent to capture return requests and an automated photo-check workflow to speed up validation, reducing friction for users and improving operational efficiency. Thanks to AWS and the event team, as well as the mentors and jury, for their support and guidance.
