In the second week of the community quarantine, Jesus Serano III took matters into his own hands--in a good way. As Cage Supervisor in Okada Manila, Jesus used to head and manage people. He hoped that he could lead by example; that his action, no matter how small, could inspire others. "It was just me," he said.
