Nobody has ever eaten Maggi at midnight and been disappointed. Think about that. Not once. The bowl always delivers. No restaurant has that record. No five-star meal has that consistency. Because the secret ingredient isn’t the silver masala packet. It’s the twelve hours of exhaustion I bring to the table. We keep looking for better food. We should be looking for better contexts. The noodles haven’t changed since 1983. It’s continues to be cheap, processed and nutritionally unremarkable. In the afternoon, it wouldn’t taste as delicious. But at midnight, it’s the king’s feast.
