Two days of pausing, instead of pushing forward. We celebrated the wins that carried us through the year. We looked inwards at our individual successes and fears. We lifted each other up with appreciations, encouragements and constructive feedback. We played, we laughed, and stayed present, embracing every moment despite the wet weather.
