Please join us in welcoming the new CEO of Ohmium, Dr. Markus Tacke, effective July 1, 2025. With over 30 years of extensive experience in the energy sector, including two decades at Siemens, Dr. Tacke will lead our continued global expansion and accelerate the commercialization of our advanced PEM hydrogen technology. During his tenure at Oerlikon Surface Solutions AG, Dr. Tacke achieved 8% annual growth and improved profitability from break-even to 9%. At Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, he spearheaded a €2.5 billion cost savings program while integrating business operations and fostering significant cultural transformation. Dr. Tacke has also overseen major acquisitions, such as Alstom Industrial, KK&K, Senvion's service assets, and Riri. His expertise and commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement will be instrumental in scaling up our manufacturing capabilities and advancing our mission to support the decarbonization of hard-to-abate sectors through cost-competitive green hydrogen production.
