Every region has a dish that brings people together. And during the chase for the Cup, those moments matter even more.   For Chef Daniel Espinoza, it's Tacos Adobada, crafted around thinly sliced pork shoulder marinated in a rich, chile-forward adobo. Often compared to al pastor, adobada lets the savory flavors take center stage. Vinegar, garlic, spices, and dried chiles come together to create a bold marinade that transforms simple pork into something unforgettable.   Grilled hot, sliced thin, and served on warm tortillas, it's the kind of taco that disappears fast at any gathering.   What’s your go-to game day dish? The one everyone hopes you’ll make when you’re hosting.   #MexicanCuisine #FoodInnovation #FlavorInspiration #Recipe #Discoverofi   ofi Adobada-Style Tacos • 3 tbsp ground guajillo chile • 4 tbsp ground ancho chile • 2 tbsp sweet paprika • 1 tbsp garlic powder • 1 tbsp onion powder • 2 tsp ground cumin • 2 tsp Mexican oregano • 1 tsp black pepper • 1 tsp fine salt • 1 tsp ground coriander • ½ tsp ground clove • ½ tsp ground cinnamon • 2 tsp sugar Add all your dry ingredients in a bowl Mix the seasoning above with: • ¼ cup neutral oil (canola, vegetable, etc.) • ¼ cup water • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar Toss with 2-3 lbs of thinly sliced pork shoulder, let marinate for at least 4 hours (overnight is ideal), then grill, roast, or cook on a plancha (griddle).
