In celebration of Cinco de Mayo, we’re sharing a favorite steak burrito recipe from ofi Chef Daniel Espinoza‘s kitchen to yours, made with care, bold flavors, and worth savoring. #CincoDeMayo #Spices #Recipe #Flavors #Discoverofi   Steak Burrito  Yield: 2–3 burritos Prep Time: 20 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes   Ingredients Steak 16 oz flank steak (or skirt steak) 2 tbsp carne asada seasoning blend 1-2 tbsp neutral oil Slaw 4 oz shredded cabbage 1 tbsp carne asada seasoning blend 2 tbsp pickled red onions 2 tbsp chopped cilantro Juice of 1 lime Beans 1 cup cooked beans (pinto or black) Tortillas 2-3 large flour tortillas Pinch carne asada seasoning Additional Your favorite salsa   Method: Marinate & Grill Steak: Season steak with carne asada blend and oil. Rest 10-15 minutes. Grill over high heat 3-4 minutes per side to medium-rare (125-130°F). Rest, then dice. Build Slaw: Mix cabbage, seasoning, onions, cilantro, and lime. Toss and adjust seasoning. Warm Tortillas: Heat tortillas until pliable. Lightly oil and sprinkle seasoning. Assemble: To the tortillas, add beans, steak, slaw, and salsa. Fold and roll tightly. Finish: Toast seam-side down on a hot surface until sealed.
