For this training series, we wanted the expertise to come directly from the people in the roles. This is Paul, one of our Senior Bartenders and a member of our Platinum team. He's worked in some of the most prestigious and VIP environments in the industry, where discretion, professionalism and attention to detail aren't just expected, they're non-negotiable. Who better to pass on that knowledge than someone our team may have already worked a shift alongside: someone they recognise, trust, and know can deliver under pressure?
