🔷The OECD Nuclear Energy Agency joint project INCREASE-I achieved a major milestone.🔷 INCREASE-I stands for In-Core Real-Time Mechanical Testing of Structural Materials. It is a project under the international collaborative framework, FIDES-II (Second Framework for Irradiation Experiments). The project achieved full irradiation readiness after several years of work by participating members. The experimental rig now enables multiple steel samples to be tested and evaluated based on the produced unique stress data.
