Hello Sir,António Guterres please, permit me to express my feelings to you here because, this is the only platform that I am left with for now! I am beginning to think that, many of these Organizations parading themselves around you and the UN every year as Climate related or funding Organizations are not being honest with you and the United Nations. As in, how on earth do Organisations feel comfortable to spend thousands of Dollars to bring few individuals to Conferences in foreign Countries for just few days but ignore requests of little hundreds of Dollars from grassroot Climate advocacy groups like the FFF to hold their grassroot Climate advocacy events in their respective Countries? Which of these two is more important in tackling the Climate Crisis? Is it, (1) Attending Climate Conferences abroad with a whole lot of money for just few individuals for just few days or (2) Supporting a grassroot Climate advocacy groups in their grassroot Climate Campaigns where a lot of people and Government Agencies will be reached? I am very curious to get answers to these questions because,I am presently bothered and about getting discouraged from these my many years of Climate advocacy especially here in Nigeria.
