A little ice cream. A big thank you. When temperatures climb, we can't change the weather. But we can make sure our people know how much we appreciate them. That's why we surprised our colleagues on the shopfloor in Neckarsteinach and Kadaň with an ice cream break these days. Working in production during a heat wave is no small challenge, and this was a small gesture to make the day a little easier. What impressed us most was not the ice cream itself, but the smiles, the conversations, and the positive energy it created throughout the plant. Our production teams continue to do an outstanding job, even on the hottest summer days. This was simply our way of saying thank you. Because whether on the shopfloor or in the office, great companies are built by great people. And great people deserve to feel valued.
