Israeli tech raised $7.6 billion in the first half of 2026. That is up 52 percent year over year, per IVC and LeumiTech, and June alone brought in $3.3 billion. The money is chasing a clear signal. Cyber and AI led the surge, and foreign investors came back in force. This week made the point again. Cyera is in advanced talks to buy Oasis Security for over a billion dollars, one of the largest all-Israeli cyber transactions of the year. Counter-drone startup Skapion pulled in a $36 million seed. Aligned raised $60 million for AI sales agents. The Bank of Israel cut its key rate to 3.5 percent and lifted its growth forecast to 4 percent for 2026. Lower rates, rising capital, a deep talent pool. That combination does not come around often. We track this every week at I3 Capital. Link in the comments to receive this in your inbox
