𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘰𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘯 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘢 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘦 𝘢𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘣𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘣𝘢𝘯𝘬 𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘯 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘢 𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘨𝘶𝘦 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘦𝘭𝘴𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘢𝘭𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘺 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩? That is the thinking behind the 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸, a new initiative launched this year through our Blood Bank Talks platform. At the inaugural session last month, nine leaders from institutions across Canada came together to begin building a working group focused on practical impact. Over the course of 2026, the network will co-develop workflows in priority areas, test them within their own institutions, and share what proves effective in practice. The goal is simple: make valuable knowledge easier to share across institutions. Session 2 takes place at the beginning of April.
