Beyçelik Gestamp Kocaeli TOSB Manufacturing Facility 54,900 m² | Completed Delivered through a BIM-based and offsite production–oriented approach, this project brings speed, quality, and process control together within a single integrated system for industrial buildings. All phases—from design to production, and from production to on-site assembly—were managed simultaneously and in a fully coordinated manner. A total of 1,000 m² of OCCA Façade Panels were manufactured in the factory within 44 days, delivered to the site ready for installation, and integrated into the building through an assembly process completed in just 12 days. Large-span, column-free production areas provide flexibility for high-capacity production lines, while the façade system gives the building a contemporary and strong corporate identity. This project stands as a completed example of the efficiency and controlled delivery enabled by BIM-supported offsite construction in industrial architecture. --- Beyçelik Gestamp Kocaeli TOSB Üretim Tesisi 54.900 m² | Tamamlandı BIM tabanlı ve offsite üretim odaklı yaklaşım ile hayata geçirilen bu proje, endüstriyel yapılarda hız, kalite ve süreç kontrolünü tek bir entegre sistemde buluşturuyor. Tasarımdan üretime, üretimden montaja kadar tüm süreçler eş zamanlı ve koordineli biçimde yönetildi. Toplam 1.000 m² OCCA Cephe Paneli, fabrikada 44 gün içinde üretilerek sahaya hazır halde sevk edildi ve yalnızca 12 günde tamamlanan montaj süreciyle yapıya entegre edildi. Büyük açıklıklı, kolonsuz üretim alanları yüksek kapasiteli üretim hatlarına esneklik sağlarken, cephe sistemi yapıya çağdaş ve güçlü bir kurumsal kimlik kazandırdı. Bu proje, BIM destekli offsite yapımın endüstriyel mimaride sunduğu verimliliğin ve kontrollü teslimin tamamlanmış bir örneğidir.
