It’s a win! We’re excited to share that our project has been awarded First Prize in Europan Europe for the City of Luzern. Our proposal “Kleine Emme & The Others” starts from one core question: How can we inhabit complex, fragmented, industrial territories—and re-source them into living urban ecosystems? By activating what already exists, reviving overlooked knowledge, and reconnecting nature, production, culture, and living, we imagine a new layer of urbanity for Lucerne—one that works with the ground rather than against it, transforming monoculture into diversity and allowing people, habitats, and productive systems to grow together.
