At Nykaa’s Annual Investor Day 2026, we outlined our vision for the next phase of growth: one shaped by India’s rising premium consumption, powered by technology, and built on a foundation of profitable scale. As India progresses towards becoming one of the world’s largest consumer economies, we believe beauty, fashion, wellness and lifestyle will continue to see strong long-term tailwinds. Guided by a diversified portfolio of businesses, deep consumer relationships, and a relentless focus on innovation, we are excited about the opportunities that lie ahead. Over the years, we have built strong momentum across our businesses, and our ambitions for FY30 reflect the scale of the opportunity ahead: 📍 Unveiled our FY30 vision to build a USD 5 billion+ Beauty & Lifestyle GMV business, with ambitions to deliver 2–3X revenue growth and 4–5X EBITDA growth 📍 Beauty GMV reached ~₹15,000 Cr in FY26, with plans to serve 100 million consumers and expand our retail footprint from 313 to over 600 stores by FY30 📍 Nykaa Fashion crossed ₹4,954 Cr GMV in FY26 and aims to grow 3–3.5X by FY30, while achieving high single-digit EBITDA margins and 10%+ steady-state profitability 📍 House of Nykaa brands delivered ~₹2,788 Cr GMV in FY26, with aspirations to exceed ₹5,000 Cr NSV by FY30, driven by strong consumer love and category expansion 📍 Superstore by Nykaa scaled to ~₹1,187 Cr GMV in FY26 and is targeting ₹3,500+ Cr GMV, while aiming to serve over 1 million retailers by FY30 📍 Wellness is emerging as our next growth frontier as we continue to expand our presence across beauty, wellness and lifestyle 📍 AI continues to be a strategic enabler across the organisation, helping us drive personalisation, discovery, productivity and customer experience at scale With 55 million consumers already engaging across our ecosystem today and a long-term ambition to serve 200 million consumers, we remain focused on building a future-ready, omnichannel consumer technology platform for India.
