Nanomedicine, the development of highly detailed 3D radiative transfer models and the detection of specific DNA mutations in liquid biopsies. These are a few of the awarded projects within the Open Technology Programme (OTP). With this funding, researchers can start working on the development of new technologies that offer solutions to a wide range of social and scientific challenges. In this round, these include solutions for climate change, patients (and children) with hearing implants, and rising damp in buildings.
