Beyond the model: Why AI in Cybersecurity is an Architecture Problem   🤝 Great to see strong engagement at #CyberAIExpo, where Jeroen Vandeleur and Olivier Schraner from #Microsoft took the stage to explain why the SOC of the future will still be human-led, but needs to be agent-operated.   🚨 AI no longer sits beside the workflow. It is becoming the workflow – on both sides of the firewall. When attackers move from human pace to agentic pace, defence designed for the human era doesn’t keep up.   💡 Lesson learned: The defender’s response can’t be a faster human. It has to be an AI-powered architecture that operates at the same pace and reach as the attacker. Playbooks, agents and humans, they all have to work together. So the model isn’t the differentiator – the orchestration around it is. Stop benchmarking models. Start benchmarking systems!   #NVISO #SOC #CyberSecurity
