2 weeks ago, I found myself in the Mistral AI Hackathon for 2026. I intentionally registered for it, but received a surpise approval only 16 hours prior to the starting gun firing! Even though **VirtualEye** (https://lnkd.in/dEH4jP2H) did not pass muster with the judges, the experience was nonetheless very rewarding! The projects that did get noticed, and also impressed me were: 1. A Mistral AI + ElevenLabs game that creates personalised taunts specifically for you 2. A Mistral AI Agentic live fact-checker that instantly flags mis/disinformation for live broadcasts Given your experience Christian, where do you see Applied AI going? What would you have done for the Hackathon? BTW - I would have definitely roped you into the Hackathon had time been more forgiving.
