7️⃣ ADC nails for 4️⃣ pavilions we built in Osaka 🎊 At Expo 2025 Osaka, NUSSLI realized five national pavilions. Last week, the Art Directors Club (ADC) for Germany handed out its 2026 awards — and four of them came home decorated: 🥇 Uzbekistan «Garden of Knowledge» — two Gold nails 🥈 Switzerland «From Heidi to Hightech» — Silver nail 🥉 Austria «Sounds of Austria» — three Bronze nails 🥉 Kuwait «The Visionary Lighthouse» — Bronze, plus an Honorary Mention Four countries, four very different ambitions: an architectural timber garden of knowledge, the lightest constructed Expo pavilion, a gigantic wooden ribbon of sheet music, and a desert lighthouse crowned by a star-lit dome. Our part: turning a bold creative idea into a built and safe structure — on time. After 25 years and nine World Expos, that's still the part we're proudest of.
