85 years. One vision: build the moments that bring people together. In August 2026, NUSSLI turns 85 — and we're marking it the way we know best: with stories from the field, numbers from the archives, and a look back at the projects, people, and structures that shaped who we are. It started in 1941 in Hüttwilen, Switzerland. Heini Nüssli invented a wedge connection that changed how temporary structures were built. From that single innovation, we grew into a global team of around 460 people, working from 21 locations worldwide, delivering roughly 1,500 projects a year. Grandstands at the Olympic Games.
