Congratulations to our PhD student, Yi Zhang Lee for winning at the 6th Global Food Maker Award – Panpan Cup! Yi Zhang received the award for the project “PeptideAI – An AI-Driven Platform for Multifunctional Bioactive Peptide Screening and Development.” The project uses artificial intelligence (AI) to accelerate the discovery and evaluation of bioactive peptides, supporting the development of next-generation functional food ingredients for health, nutrition and sustainable food innovation. Congratulations to Yi Zhang on this achievement.
