Congratulations to Dr Dachuan Zhang and Professor Eric Chan, PhD on being awarded the Grantham Foundation Detox Award! The Grantham Foundation Detox Awards support breakthrough solutions that reduce or eliminate toxicity in human and natural systems, with participation open to both academic teams and startups. This joint submission brings together expertise across food science and technology, pharmaceutical science, biology, and artificial intelligence to explore innovative approaches for reducing food-borne toxicants and supporting consumer health.
