π Congratulations to our students on their outstanding achievements at the International Asia-Pacific Cardiometabolic Syndrome Congress 2026 (#APCMS2026), held in Seoul, South Korea from 29 - 30 May 2026! The Asia-Pacific Cardiometabolic Syndrome Congress brings together world-renowned scholars and leading professionals across cardiology, endocrinology, nephrology, nutrition, sports medicine and public health to share the latest advances in cardiometabolic health, clinical practices, and the future of cardiometabolic care. π©ββοΈπ¨ββοΈ We are proud to celebrate the accomplishments of four of our students:Β β’ Nicole Wong (PhD candidate) - Young Investigator Award for Young Investigator Oral Competition (1st place) β’ Zi Ning Leong (PhD candidate) - Travel Award for Mini Oral Competition β’ Justine Won (Final Year Honours) - Travel Award for Oral Competition β’ Kyli Tan (Final Year Honours) - Travel Award for Mini Oral Competition Notably, Nicole emerged as the winner of the Young Investigator Oral Competition, securing 1st place among six selected competitors. In addition, Justine and Kyli were recipients of the NUS Faculty of Science Global Explorer Grant. π₯³ These achievements reflect the dedication, excellence, and global impact of our studentsβ research. We congratulate Nicole, Zi Ning, Justine, and Kyli, as well as their supervisor Dr Kim Jung Eun on this remarkable accomplishment. π
