Last week, we hosted our Salesforce Partner Day at our King William Street office, bringing together teams for a day focused on collaboration and the future of our long-standing partnership with Salesforce. The sessions throughout the day explored how AI is reshaping enterprise operations and customer expectations, with discussions focused on: - Salesforce’s Agentforce platform and the growing shift towards scalable, production-ready AI agents - How MuleSoft, Data 360 and connected platforms are helping organisations unify data across increasingly complex environments - The importance of trusted data foundations and governance in supporting effective AI adoption - How businesses are moving beyond AI proof of concepts and focusing on measurable operational outcomes - How Slack and Agentforce are being used together to support collaboration and workflow automation across teams We also heard from leaders across both organisations, including messages from our Executive Head Niccolo Spataro and Salesforce UKI President & CEO Zahra Bahrololoumi CBE, reinforcing the strategic importance of the partnership and the shared ambition behind it. As organisations increasingly look for support in navigating AI adoption and transformation at scale, the day highlighted the value of bringing teams together and creating closer alignment across our partnership.
