Empowering women to grow professionally and personally 💪✨ Through our 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦, we support female and senior professionals in advancing their careers and growth. Within 12 months, we support them in developing their skills, confidence, and mindset to actively shape their future. By doing so, we foster an environment where women can grow, lead, and inspire one another. The program consists of 14 virtual learning modules, self-study sessions, and peer group work. During trainings, workshops, and one-to-one coaching, the 14 participants gain knowledge about self-leadership, resilience, conflict management, effective communication and collaboration, as well as self-presentation and visibility. Last week, we officially kicked off the third cohort of the program! 🎉 Fourteen new participants have joined the journey, ready to learn, connect, and grow together – welcome aboard!
