You might spot something new on Fire and Rescue NSW trucks. There have been more than 70 battery related fires so far this year. That's around 5 every week! We’ve partnered to roll out Never Bin a Battery stickers on 25 fire trucks, helping spread an important message where it matters most. When batteries are thrown in bins, they can spark fires in waste trucks and facilities. It only takes one.
