At NSquare, we recently had the opportunity to attend a truly meaningful session conducted by Work With Dignity® on May 14, centered around one powerful yet often overlooked value: #Dignity. Led by Master Presenter Rajagopalan S Sreekumar along with WWD CEO Rama Shankar Pandey along with , Rachana Vyas, and Anokhi Roy Bhattacharya, the session was filled with thoughtful activities, reflections, and conversations that encouraged the NSquare team to deeply understand the role dignity plays in our personal and professional lives. One of the most impactful moments was an exercise on gratitude, where we were encouraged to reconnect with people who have protected, respected, and uplifted our dignity through different phases of life. We even got a chance to wish the best for every one present in the room. Sometimes, growth is not just about skills, targets, or achievements. It is about becoming more aware, empathetic, and human.
