📖 Publications of the NRP 80 research groups! ‘Kantonale Notrechtssysteme’ The research group ‘Swiss Pandemic Governance’ (https://lnkd.in/e_tGHJmv) of NRP 80 analyses the great diversity of cantonal emergency law systems in a scientific article (https://lnkd.in/efnnPr5t). In a comparative study, Stefanie Rusch and Bernhard Waldmann examine constitutional emergency law and state of emergency clauses in terms of their structure, application requirements, scope of competence and constitutional-democratic safeguards.
