𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘃𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗽 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 🚀 The StartupBlink 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗽 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘅 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 has just been released. The annual report ranks startup ecosystems across 1,000 cities and 100 countries, offering data and insights to help founders, policymakers, and investors navigate the global innovation landscape 🌏 Singapore has placed 4th globally among countries. Among cities, Singapore ranks 10th in the world, an improvement from 12th last year. This marks the first time Singapore has made it into the top 10 at the city level. Singapore’s key achievements include: 📈 24.4% ecosystem growth in 2026, the highest in the global top 10 and well above the global average of 17.5% 🥇 No. 1 globally in Startup Community Activity, reflecting the depth of events and ecosystem engagement 🏆 No. 2 globally in the Innovators Business Environment, and #2 in Fintech 🏙️ Home to 4,500+ tech startups, 220+ incubators and venture builders, and 500+ venture capital firms 🦄 An ecosystem value of US$292.1 billion, with 18 unicorns These outcomes are anchored by sustained national commitment to 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵, 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 (𝗥𝗜𝗘). In December 2025, Singapore unveiled the S$37 billion #RIE2030 Plan, maintaining investment at approximately 1% of GDP over the next five years.
