With a focus on superconducting qubits, Prof Martinis has been at the forefront of developing high-fidelity qubits essential for scalable quantum processors.ย Prior to founding Qolab, he was a key figure behind Googleโs quantum supremacy experiment, leading the hardware team that demonstrated a quantum computer outperforming the worldโs best classical supercomputers. The lecture is held in conjunction with the National Quantum Federated Foundry (NQFF) ๐๐ป๐ฑ๐๐๐๐ฟ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ, which brings together researchers, industry partners, and ecosystem stakeholders to showcase progress in quantum hardware and emerging collaborations. ๐๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฎ๐ถ๐น๐: ๐ Lecture title: ๐๐ถ๐๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฆ๐๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ค๐๐ฏ๐ถ๐๐ ๐๏ธ Monday, 23 February 2026 ๐ 9.00 am to 10.15 am ๐ Shaw Foundation Alumni House Auditorium (Level 2), 1 Kent Ridge Drive, Singapore 119244 ๐ข Seats are limited.
