Senior Business Analyst | Digital Transformation | Product & Process Optimisation | Bridging Business & Technology | IIBA-Endorsed
The best career moves are often prepared by the opportunities you least expect. 🎓 There were moments during this journey when I genuinely wondered if I'd make it to graduation... ...balancing a full-time career, studying after hours, being a mom, and making the leap into a completely new industry wasn't easy. One question stayed with me throughout: Would a Postgraduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management still be relevant now that I'd moved into InsurTech? Today, I can confidently say yes, more than I ever imagined. Supply Chain Management taught me far more than I expected. It gave me a deeper understanding of stakeholder collaboration, product thinking, process improvement, project management, and making data-informed decisions to solve business challenges. As a Senior Business Analyst in InsurTech, I apply those same principles every day. I bridge the gap between business and technology, translating business needs into digital solutions that improve processes, support business transformation, and create meaningful outcomes for our customers. What I once thought was a qualification focused solely on supply chain has become the foundation for how I think about products, customers, business transformation, and delivering value in a digital world. This qualification strengthened my skills that have become invaluable in my career. One of the biggest lessons I've learned is that every industry has a supply chain. The product may be different, but the goal remains the same: understanding customer needs, delivering value, and continuously improving the experience. I'm incredibly grateful for this milestone and excited for what's next. Here's to lifelong learning, embracing change, and trusting the process. 🎓❤️ #Graduation #SupplyChainManagement #BusinessAnalysis #InsurTech #ProductManagement #DigitalTransformation #ContinuousLearning #WomenInTech
