Job Title: QA Engineer (Only Lending Domain) Experience: 4–5 Years Location: Delhi Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with strong experience in application testing, preferably within the lending or fintech domain. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of both manual and automated testing practices, ensuring product quality and stability in a fast-paced development environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases based on product requirements. Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and UI testing for web and mobile applications. Work closely with product managers, developers, and business analysts to clarify requirements and deliver quality releases. Ensure high-quality output through proactive bug detection and tracking using tools like JIRA or similar. Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools. Assist in developing and maintaining automation test scripts (preferred experience with Selenium, TestNG, etc.). Provide QA sign-off on production readiness and participate in UAT coordination. Work within Agile/Scrum methodology and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives. Required Skills & Experience: 4–5 years of QA/testing experience, with a strong background in application testing. Experience in the lending/financial services domain is highly preferred. Hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing. Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and bug life cycle. Familiarity with databases (SQL), API testing, and automation frameworks. Good understanding of testing tools like JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, Postman, etc. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Nice to Have: Experience with performance or security testing tools. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
