Over the next three weeks, 30 aspiring Backend Engineers will immerse themselves in an intensive learning experience focused on the Backend - .NET Core stack, working on real-world projects, tackling engineering challenges and learning directly from the experts behind the technology that powers Novibet. The program will conclude with participants presenting the projects they built throughout the Academy, with top-performing talent earning the opportunity to join our Engineering teams. The Novibet Tech Academy is more than a learning program. It's an investment in future talent, knowledge sharing and engineering excellence—while empowering our own experts to mentor, inspire and help shape the next generation of GameTech professionals.
