Novartis is on TIME's World's Most Sustainable Companies list again this year and we are #1 in our industry. This recognition is welcome but the work behind it matters more, because we know a healthy planet is essential for human health. Since 2022, we have reduced greenhouse gas emissions in our own operations (scopes 1 and 2) by 45 per cent, and we are changing how we develop and deliver medicines, working closely with partners across our value chain as we move toward net zero by 2040. We cannot do this alone. Thank you to our employees and partners helping us build a more resilient company, so we can keep delivering for patients.
