Continuing with our monthly employee spotlight series, meet Nick Gollop, MD, PhD, MBA, Global Program Clinical Head within our UK Research & Development Hub. Nick leads global cardiovascular research programmes, shaping how innovative approaches to improve heart health are developed across different stages of development. His work brings together clinical strategy, evidence and cross-functional teams to advance understanding and progress in cardiovascular disease. This means making decisions when the path is not always clear, connecting expertise across disciplines and staying focused on patient outcomes. Alongside his Novartis role, Nick is a Visiting Associate Professor at the University of Surrey, supporting the next generation of healthcare innovation and reflecting a deep commitment to advancing the field.
