【CPHI Japan（国際医薬品開発展）にて当社代表取締役が登壇しました】 【Our CEO spoke at CPHI Japan (the International Pharmaceutical Development Expo)】 4月23日、CPHI Japan（国際医薬品開発展）にて、当社代表取締役のジョンポール・プリシーノが、欧州製薬団体連合会（EFPIA）Japan 副会長として登壇しました。 この医薬品の研究・開発・製造に関わる関係者が一堂に会する屈指のイベントにおいて、EFPIA Japanをはじめとする主要な製薬業界団体が、「日本における創薬エコシステムの構築」をテーマに活発な議論を行いました。 プリシーノはEFPIAの立場から、創薬エコシステムを強化するうえで、国境を越えたグローバルな連携が不可欠であること、そして日本が国際的な創薬エコシステムの中で持つ潜在力を最大限に引き出すためには、官民、国内外の企業が継続的に対話し、協働していくことの重要性を強調しました。 私たちは、日本の患者さんが持続的にイノベーションへアクセスできる環境を実現するため、引き続き多様なステークホルダーと連携し、創薬エコシステムの発展のために力を合わせてまいります。 On April 23, at CPHI Japan (the International Pharmaceutical Development Expo), Novartis Pharma President, John Paul Pullicino, spoke as Vice Chair of EFPIA Japan At this premier event, which brings together stakeholders from across pharmaceutical research, development, and manufacturing, major industry associations—including EFPIA Japan—engaged in active discussions under the theme of “Building a Drug Discovery Ecosystem in Japan.” From the perspective of EFPIA, Pullicino emphasized that strengthening the drug discovery ecosystem is only enabled by a cross-border, global collaboration, and that realizing Japan’s full potential as part of the global innovation ecosystem depends on continuous dialogue and cooperation among government, industry, and both domestic and international companies.
